Who we are

These terms cover classes with, and use of the website of, Leela School of Performing Arts. By registering for a class or using this site, you agree to them.

Free trial classes

Your first class is free, with no obligation to enroll. Trial spots are subject to class capacity, and we may suggest a different day, time, or level so a student is placed where they’ll do best.

Enrollment, tuition & fees

• Enrollment and payments run through our class-management system (Class Manager), with payments processed by Stripe. Their terms also apply to payment processing.
• Monthly tuition is billed automatically to the payment method on file. Current tuition and fees are shown at registration.
• Registration, recital, and costume fees may apply for some programs; these are shown before you’re charged.

Cancellations, make-ups & refunds

We aim to be fair and flexible about missed classes and withdrawals. For our current cancellation, make-up, and refund policy, please message us on WhatsApp or email us — we’re happy to walk you through it before you enroll.

Class conduct & safety

• Students are expected to follow instructor guidance, treat teachers and classmates with respect, and wear appropriate attire for their class.
• For younger students, a parent or guardian is responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up at the class venue.
• Please tell us about any health condition or injury that could affect a student’s safe participation. Dance is physical activity; students (and parents, for minors) accept the ordinary risks that come with it and agree to participate within their own limits.
• We may pause or end enrollment where behavior endangers or repeatedly disrupts a class, with any prepaid, unused tuition handled per the refund policy above.

Website use

• Site content — text, images, and artwork — belongs to the school or its licensors; please don’t reuse it without permission.
• The site is provided as-is; we work to keep schedules and details accurate, but the class-management system’s records govern actual bookings and billing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the school’s liability in connection with classes or this website is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the classes concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
